We want you to love your LACASAMAMi pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Getting Started Email us at info@lacasamami.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and a photo if the item is faulty. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please ship using a tracked service — we'll process everything once received.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and hygiene liners must be attached

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour

  • Orders refused due to unpaid import duties or delivery rejection are not eligible for refund

  • Please do not send returns to any address without prior approval

Exchanges Available on full-priced items only within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and approved, you'll receive a store credit code to reorder your preferred size or style. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if your item is unavailable, your credit can be used toward a preorder or alternative style. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Email us within 30 days with details and photos where possible. Once approved and the item is returned, you can choose between a full refund including original shipping, or store credit. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear after inspection.

LACASAMAMi is based in London, United Kingdom. All prices are listed in GBP. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
